Foam Rolling Workshop

Learn how to reduce tension in commonly tight muscle groups that frequently limit performance. Join Dr. Adam Stewart, DC from Pioneer Chiropractic at the newly opened Tough Mudder Bootcamp for this hands on workshop. Participants will be taught how to use a foam roller and lacrosse ball to isolate and release myofascial trigger points.
